CIC Management Solutions began working with communities in 2015 providing consultation services and connecting self-managed Homeowner Associations with additional resources.  However, it didn't take long before Associations began asking CIC Management Solutions to provide them with full-service community management.   

Our founder, Christine Sartoris, has spent more than 30 years in the Association industry at both the local and national levels.  Christine provides oversight to all the communities in the CIC portfolio.
