To submit requests for status, condo questionnaire or other resale documents on a property managed by our company, submit your request to us at accounting@cic-hoa.com.
 
Please note, the typical turn around for requests is 72 hours. 

Lenders, if you need the status on an account, you must provide us with a signed borrower's authorization form. 

Requests must be made in writing.
